On 22 March 2018, Easy2Learn (E2L) project conducted its workshop on Scholarship Programs for the Poor Students. This workshop was held at Meeting Hall of Red Cross Guesthouse of Cambodia in Svay Rieng province. There were 116 participants from Primary Office of Education of Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport of Svay Rieng province, ChildFund Cambodia, KAPE's E2L, directors/duty directors and E2L's twenty eight target schools especially their scholarship program committee.

 

This workshop was aiming to review the total of students and students' names who received scholarships from the project by verifying data of the early academic year, enhancing the community engagements to regularly observe and monitor the students who received scholarship programs at each target school; discussing and proposing activity plans to monitor and evalute these scholarship students who challenged different factors such as be a lot absent, so poor, disbaled,...etc. and to determine strategic plans implemented by the scholarship program committees to observe and monitor scholarship students.

 

Mr. Mao Sarith, the representative of Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport of Svay Rieng, stated, "the scholarship program of E2L project is a very important program which is very responsive toward Child Friendly School program. It could help the poor children have possibilities to get educated as well as the other children. In addition, it would be also joining to improve the quality of education. On behalf of the representative of Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport of Svay Rieng, I would like to acknowledge to all NGO partners including KAPE and ChildFund Cambodia who have supported educational sector in Svay Rieng province; and I would also like all target school managers to do whatever to continue cooperating well with our NGO partners in order to keep our schools upgraded in the future".

 

Joining with NGO partners to strengthen education, Mr. Men Samak, the Deputy Director of Provincial Office of Education, Youth and Sport of Svay Rieng, said, "On behalf of the local authorities, I would like to express my good feeling about E2L that happens to provide the scholarship program for the poor students. It is very necessary for poor children's basic needs. It could be importantly joining to sustain the study for our team work. So on behalf of District Office of Education, Youth and Sport, I would like to acknowledge and cooperate well with NGO partners who have strived to help our school activities and propose all target schools to continue cooperating with this work". 

 

To cooperate with stakeholders to help Cambodian children, Mr. Ruos Va, ChildFund Cambodia staff, said that, "On behalf of the project donor representative, we are very proud of working with KAPE who is only local organization to implement educational activities very efficiently. Otherwise, it is very important for us to have to work with strong cooperation from stakeholders who represent our effective work network, too."

 

ការដំណើរការគម្រោងមួយឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព វាមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ដែត្រូវមានដៃគូសហការ។ លោក ម៉ែន ធី មន្ត្រីកម្មវិធីរបស់គម្រោងងាយស្រួលរៀនអង្គការ​ ខេប បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ” ជួសមុខឱ្យគម្រោងងាយស្រួលរៀន ខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការសហការល្អនាពេលកន្លងមករវាងគម្រោងនឹងអាជ្ញាធរអប់រំគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ជាពិសេសគឺសាលាគោលដៅរបស់គម្រោងទាំងអស់។ វាជារឿងដែលយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាត្រូវតែរួមគ្នាក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាពជូនដល់សង្គមកម្ពុជារបស់យើង។ ខ្ញុំជឿជាក់ថា សិក្ខាសាលាថ្ងៃនេះជាកម្មវិធីមួយដែលផ្តល់ឱកាសល្អមួយក្នុងការពិភាក្សាទៅលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមមួយចំនួនដែលបានកើតមានឡើងទាក់ទងទៅនឹងកម្មវិធីអាហារូបករណ៍សិស្សក្រីក្រ ដើម្បីទទួលបាននូវដំណោះស្រាយសមស្របមួយ។ លទ្ធផលនៃសិក្ខាសាលាថ្ងៃនេះ នឹងក្លាយទៅជាផែនការសម្រាប់ខែបន្ទាប់ ក៏ដូចជាសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សាក្រោយផងដែរ”។

 

លោក សេក ម៉ុក គណៈកម្មការអាហារូបករណ៍សាលាបឋមសិក្សា ចារ បានលើកឡើងថា “ក្នុងនាមជាសហគមន៍ ខ្ញុំពិតជាមានសេចក្តីរីករាយក្នុងការចូលរួមក្នុងការជួយដល់សាលារៀន និងកុមារក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន ជាពិសេស ការជួយដល់កុមារក្រីក្រដែលខ្វះលទ្ធភាពចូលរៀន។ ខ្ញុំគិតថា ប្រសិនជាអាចសូមឱ្យគម្រោងធ្វើការបង្កើននូវចំនួនសិស្សទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍ឱ្យបានច្រើនជាងនេះសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សាក្រោយ ព្រោះនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ខ្ញុំមានកុមារក្រីក្រច្រើន ដែលលើសពីចំនួនដែលត្រូវទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍”។

 

ចំណែកលោក កែវ ពិទូរ្យ គណៈកម្មការអាហារូបករណ៍សាលាបឋមសិក្សា ស្វាយទន្ទឹម ក៏បានស្នើរឡើងផងដែរថា “សូមឱ្យគម្រោង E2L បង្កើនសិស្សត្រូវទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍ឱ្យច្រើនជាងនេះ ព្រោះមិនទាន់សមស្របទៅនឹងសិស្សដែលក្រីក្រនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាននៅឡើយទេ”។

 

មុនពេលទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍ សិស្សមានបញ្ហាប្រឈមជាច្រើន ដូចជា៖ ការឈប់ច្រើន បោះបង់ការសិក្សា ធ្វើចំណាកស្រុក។ ជារួមបន្ទាប់ពីសិក្ខាសាលាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងនេះបិទបញ្ចប់ គេបានបង្កើតនូវការធ្វើអន្តរាគមន៍មួយដល់សិស្សទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍ ដែលមានបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងធ្វើអន្តរាគមន៍ទៅលើសិស្សទាំងនោះឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងទាន់ពេលវេលា៕
