LAUNCHING EVENT ON THE USING OF SORSE KHMER AND SMARTBOOKS APPLICATIONS

Reinforcing Education Access With Community Help (REACH) held the launching event on the using of SorSe Khmer and SmartBooks applications​ at Smet primary school in Rolea B'iea district, Kampong Chhnang province on 8 December 2017. This launching event aimed to enhance the parent engagements to promote and teach their children extra times at homes including the school engagement activities especially they engage to improve their children's reading activities in the library. It will be presenting about the reading improvements for the children through the using of SorSe Khmer and SmartBooks applications. The parents and students were very pleased after they got opportunity to compete with each other to play learning Khmer games and got rewarded. Sharing ideas from the Director of Kampong Chhnang Provincial Office of Education, Youth and Sport including school director, provincial project coordinator made the parents, authorities and communities to actively engage to enhance the quality of their local children education.
