>The School Dropout Prevention Pilot Program (SDPP) is a three-year multi-country program, funded by USAID, aimed at mitigating student dropout from secondary school.~ SDPP-CL team and provincial IT staff provided a three-day Computer Lab Maintenance training to 108 selected computer teachers who have shown to have good IT skills and knowledge from all of the 108 SDPP computer labs, in order to sustain IT support in the school (after SDPP completion). The focus of training was on computer lab maintenance and basic computer repair, computer lab management, hardware maintenance and software installation. The team divided the training into two rounds for the two regions (Northwest and Southeast). A SDPP computer lab was used as the training center in each province with a team leader and two to three trainers within a training center. After the training, participants are able to solve minor problems/errors that would occur in the computer lab at their school.
