On August 19, 2024, KAPE leaders led their technical staff to attend a meeting with the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC) presided over by H.E. Sok Puthivuth, Secretary of State of MPTC, held at the Education Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) in Phnom Penh. The meeting was focused on potential collaborations in digital education, finding collaborative ways to develop pedagogical and technological content with EBC and digital infrastructure support from MPTC.

After finishing meeting, KAPE and EBC technical team will proceed to a detailed discussion which was leading to the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a official partnership. This collaboration would bring significant advances in digital education in Cambodia. The technical team of the Education Broadcasting Cambodia and KAPE's technical team would work together to promote the creation more useful educational content for teachers, children, youth and general researchers, especially we can connect with the world outsider very quickly.

The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia and the Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology of Korea have launched a project called "Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC))" in 2020.
