The recent targeted schools of KAPE's projects have actively been supported and required to illustrate both local community nationwide and attract the world attendence through program activity photos and videos, Happy Cambodia Children Project (HCC) was providing a Photography and Video Editing training to the teachers and directors at Chhoeu Khloem primary school. The training was attended by 22 participants from Chheou Khloem, Lo and Thmor Totoeung primary schools and facilitated by Mr. Oeur Sawin, Senior Communication Officer of KAPE's ICT. It was adding to improve teachers' and directors' skills in photographing, shooting videos and editing videos in order to easily advertise their school development activities. 

The main goals of the training were

• enhancing the properly handling of cameras, smartphones, or tablets.
• utilizing diverse camera functions (Camera Digital Function)
• giving the participants to understanding image capture (light, background, and highlights) and the image's content intended for video production.
• using Snapseed to edit photos.
• illustrating how to use CapCut to edit videos.
• improving the teachers' skills in photographing to promote their teaching activities.

 Miss Hor Kakada, a Chheu Klem teacher, said, "It is important due to it can improve my skill in taking and edit images, eiditing videos. I would please want the project to give more times if it is requested to conduct in the future."​​

After the training, the participants could apply for their daily needs. Moreover, they could improve photography such as shooting during meeting activities and student engagements in the classrooms, school campus, and learning​ activities in the library and advertising school events to the public.It was the fundamental skill for editing videod. The training was supported by the Kinchan Foundation.
