Mr. Sawin is the Media and Communications Manager at Kampuchea Action to Promote Education (KAPE) since 2012 to undertake various tasks including promoting the agency visibility, designing, videography, photography, communication, reporting, posting, supporting projects, media training, publishing documents, cooperating with projects to produce tools and other required tasks. He completed his Master’s Degree of Business Administration in Communication and Public Relations from Limkokwing University of Technology. He has nine years of experiences in marketing, social and educational development at private sector and thirteen years of experiences in nongovernmental organizations in youth and educational development. He recently appreciates and contributes to much work for KAPE with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport to promote educational development in Cambodia. The fast modernized era of digital and AI process are globally running which is required the level of his stage to develop more.
