In the academic year 2013-2014, the project is planning the establishment or renovation libraries in all  25 target schools. The Project intervention includes minor buildings reparations, painting, floor repairing and provision of several materials including books, tables, learning and teaching aids cupboards and administrative material cupboards. REACH trained  school directors and librarians on filing books and information, to organize and improve the library environment as on how to engage students to enjoy this new resource.
